We hope that you will be happy with everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item when you return it in a saleable condition. For UK & Republic of Ireland customers, please return items within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. For International customers, please return within 7 days of the date you receive your order.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with no marks or stains and all tags attached. Please be careful when trying things on as we cannot refund items that are marked with fake tan, make-up or smell of perfume.
Please note that any items purchased from the Sale section of our website are non-returnable. ITEMS WITH A 20% DISCOUNT OR MORE ARE ALSO NON-RETURNABLE. These items will be sent back to you should you return them to us. We also do not accept any returns on sunglasses, jewellery, swimwear or intimate items such as bodysuits for hygiene purposes. We reserve the rights not to refund or exchange for you if you return items to us outside of our returns policy.
Please note that returned items with free shipping codes will have the cost of postage deducted from the refund and will not receive free exchange postage.
Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be issued.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. All items being returned should be sent with the original invoice note where you can state the reason for you returning the item or if you would like to exchange for a different size/item. You must include your invoice note with your return, as failing to do this could result in you not receiving a refund as we may not be able to locate you on our system.

Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition they were received. This means no make up stains, fake tan marks or general stains, marks or rips on the item. We do not accept returns on beauty items, swimwear, jewellery or intimate items such as bodysuits for hygiene purposes. Returns will also not be accepted for any items purchased from the Sale section of our website. ITEMS WITH MORE THAN 15% DISCOUNT ARE ALSO NON-RETURNABLE. These will be returned to you free of charge.
Yes, returns are made at your own cost. Please return your parcel using a standard trackable service and obtain a proof of postage receipt. We are not held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.
Late returns cannot be accepted after 14 days of receipt and they will be returned to you. If you have sent the items back within 14 days and they are late returning to us, you will need to send us a copy of your postage receipt to prove the date of postage.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account. (Please also note that if you are returning an item which had Saturday delivery or Next Day delivery, there will be a slight deduction off your refund to cover the costs of postage on our end as it costs more than what we charge to post items for Next Day or Saturday delivery). Items returned with Free Shipping coupons or reduced shipping prices will be deducted the cost of delivery from the total refund.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage. We will not be held responsible for lost items so please send your returns back to us with signed for or recorded delivery.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Yes, all items apart from jewellery, beauty items, intimates i.e. bodysuits and swimwear can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your items. However, any discounted items purchased from the Sale section of our website are non-returnable. ITEMS WITH MORE THAN 15% DISCOUNT ARE ALSO NON-RETURNABLE and will be returned to you should you send them back to us. If items such as intimate bodysuits and swimwear are returned to us, these will be returned back to you for hygiene purposes.

The postage costs for exchanged items being sent back out are only covered by us the first time. If you wish to exchange an item for the second time this must be done at the customers expense. Exchanged item costs are not covered for International customers.
Please contact us with your full name, order number and the name or product code of the item(s) affected, including the details of the problem so we can investigate this for you.
Then return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in ‘How do I return an item?’
